more unconventional ramen but still my favorite place in the area... exhilaratingly rich and spicy tonkotsu broth, noodles with good amount of chewiness, thick cut fatty 'melt in your mouth' slices of chasu, and interesting add-ins

(3) greek yogurt w/ peaches, blackberries

(4) white wine sangria
